Job Description

Provide legal consultation and support on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. Advice on contracts, corporate governance, and labor-related issues, while effectively communicating with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
  • Draft, review, and translate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide legal risk assessments and solutions for business operations.
  • Support the company with ongoing retainer-based legal services.

Requirements:

  • Licensed lawyer with valid qualifications in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law.
  • Proficient in Japanese (Business level) and English (Business/Fluent level); Tagalog an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or clients is a plus.
