As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are responsible for identifying and qualifying leads in the Spanish-speaking market through targeted campaigns, calls, emails, and social media. Manage leads in the CRM, schedule sales meetings, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads.
• Run targeted lead-generation campaigns in the Spanish-speaking market.
• Qualify leads and manage them in our CRM.
• Make calls and send emails to introduce our products/services (in Spanish).
• Engage with prospects on social media (in Spanish).
• Schedule qualified leads for sales meetings.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month plus Commissions

• Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software (preferred).
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
