Leadership Opportunity: Head of Manila Hub & Technology

Base Salary Range: ₱8M - ₱15M per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our rapidly growing Manila hub, with responsibility for technology, operations, and corporate functions. This is a pivotal leadership position that will drive the expansion of our Manila center from 100 to 450+ professionals over the next three years.


As the senior executive on-site, you will have end-to-end accountability for transforming this location into a world-class delivery center while ensuring alignment with our broader organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Expansion
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to triple the hub's size within three years
  • Establish Manila as a premier destination for financial technology and business operations talent
  • Represent the hub's interests in global leadership discussions
2. Technology Leadership
  • Build and lead high-caliber technology teams across multiple disciplines
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and next-generation technologies
  • Ensure reliable 24/7 support for critical production systems
3. Operational Excellence
  • Implement best-in-class processes to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Maintain rigorous risk management and compliance standards
  • Optimize cost structures while improving service delivery
4. Talent & Culture
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top professionals in a competitive market
  • Foster an innovative and high-performance work culture
  • Implement leadership development and career progression frameworks
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in financial services or technology
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling offshore/nearshore operations
  • Strong technical background with understanding of modern architectures and platforms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership
  • Passion for building high-performance teams and developing talent
