About the Client:

This role supports clients using Go High Level (GHL) and other CRM automation platforms. You will be part of a team responsible for setting up sub-accounts, building automated workflows, and optimizing CRM and AI-driven processes for UK-based customers.


About the Role:

We are looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to handle CRM setup, automation, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts. You’ll work on configuring systems, integrating communication tools, creating funnels, and training AI models to improve accuracy and responsiveness.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and brand CRM sub-accounts for new clients.

• Import, organize, and manage existing contact databases.

• Build and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, and AI sequences.

• Set up e-sign documents, landing pages, funnels, SMS/WhatsApp/phone integrations, and social media connections.

• Train AI on industry-specific knowledge for each sub-account.

• Monitor AI conversations and continuously improve response quality.

• Track CRM performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

• Support the ongoing improvement of automation processes across all accounts.


What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL).

• Strong technical, analytical, and process-driven mindset.

• Experience building workflows, funnels, landing pages, and integrated communication channels.

• Amenable to an onsite or hybrid work setup in Alabang.
