Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – Wealth Management Clients

Summary:

We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in acquiring and qualifying leads for Wealth Management and Financial Services clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and fluent in digital platforms that convert curiosity into client engagement. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing targeted campaigns that attract high-net-worth individuals and investors across digital channels, driving measurable growth for our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored for the wealth management and financial advisory sector.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) to attract qualified leads.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and engage potential clients with precision.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns, including sponsored content, message ads, and retargeting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a CRM pipeline, ensuring lead data is accurate, segmented, and actionable.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align ad messaging with brand tone and compliance standards.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, produce actionable insights, and continuously refine targeting and conversion performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in the financial or professional services industry.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, nurturing sequences, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Kommo, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize ROI.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills—capable of translating financial language into relatable value propositions.
  • Familiarity with ad compliance and ethical advertising practices within regulated industries.
