Position Summary:
The Offshore Lead Scraping Specialist will focus on identifying and engaging decision-makers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 companies already listed in the Zoho CRM. This role involves using ZoomInfo to find key contacts and leveraging email marketing to engage them. The specialist will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification:
- Utilize ZoomInfo to identify decision-makers within Tier 2 and Tier 3 companies listed in Zoho CRM.
- Gather relevant contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles.
- Lead Engagement:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage identified decision-makers.
- Craft personalized and compelling email content to capture the interest of potential clients.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure that all lead information is properly documented and accessible for the sales team.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align lead generation efforts with overall business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads identified, engaged, and passed to the sales team.
- Analyse lead generation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in using Zoho CRM is a MUST
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using ZoomInfo and email marketing tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Set-up and Location: ONSITE - Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (Victoria) | 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time
