Role Overview and Objectives
The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for assisting the Manager - ANZ Learning and Organisational Development and the broader team in designing and producing learning content and resources to support project deliverables and enable the skills development of our workforce. This role ensures that employees have access to engaging, contemporary learning resources required to do their jobs safely, mitigate risk, increase business effectiveness and increase employee development without adversely impacting on organisational productivity.
