Description
- Assist attorneys in legal research and document preparation.
- Manage and organize case files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a legal environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in written communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in legal research, prepare documents, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, regular hours, with potential for overtime during peak workloads.
- Qualities and Traits: Critical thinker, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
