Design, build, and execute customized derivative strategies based on market and operational needs, ensuring alignment with risk management and objectives.
Analyze market trends, volatility, and customer flow to identify trading opportunities and develop proprietary trading strategies.
Possess extensive mathematical and statistical modeling skills, with a passion for problem-solving and achieving results.
Experience in quantitative strategy development and risk control within CEX exchanges.
Actively monitor and manage position and inventory risks.
Execute trades in the over-the-counter derivatives market, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
At least 3 years of experience in CEX derivatives trading and risk control.
Comprehensive understanding of derivatives pricing and risk management techniques.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capable of modeling complex structures and evaluating market scenarios.
Experience in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, and C++ is preferred.
Experience as a CEX risk control and MM team leader is a plus.
Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
