Description
- Prepare dishes, specifically a Taiwanese dish, under the direction of the cook/chef.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Help in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen supplies before and after service hours.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate.
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and ensuring the kitchen areas are compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willing to stay in the company-provided accommodation.
