Description

  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage culinary staff.
  • Develop and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs.
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members.
  • Collaborate with management on special events and promotions.
  • Preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and menu planning. 
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; requires standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creativity, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
