Engage and interact with online viewers to answer questions, upsell, and build customer trust.
Coordinate with the marketing and inventory team to plan product features and stock availability.
Prepare for each session with product knowledge, scripts, and promotional highlights.
Ensure a high-energy, friendly, and professional online presence at all times.
Monitor live stream metrics and customer feedback to improve future sessions.

Prior experience in live selling, retail, customer service, or online sales is preferred.
Experience using platforms like TikTok, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live is a strong advantage.
Confident and engaging on-camera presence.
Strong persuasion and upselling skills.
Familiarity with live streaming tools, apps, and basic video setup (lighting, mic, camera).
Well-groomed and presentable during live sessions.
Appropriate dress according to brand identity and audience.
