- Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operational performance of hosts in the LIVE team, and responsible for morning/evening shifts according to shift schedules.
- Develop host scheduling, product listing rhythm, and LIVE theme planning based on sales targets.
- Monitor LIVE stream room data in real time, coordinate host support, adjust narrative rhythm, and optimize content such as giveaway interactions.
- Assist hosts with onboarding training, narrative improvement, product knowledge explanation, and review.
- Lead the LIVE team to achieve performance indicators such as GMV, conversion rate, engagement rate, and rebroadcast rate, and output data reports and insights.
- Collaborate closely with the product selection, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration between LIVE content and event execution.
- Handle unexpected issues during the LIVE, such as negative reviews, disconnections, customer feedback, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce live streaming operations or anchor team management
- Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live is preferred
- Possess team leadership, communication and data analysis skills
- Acceptable shift system (including night shift or weekend shift)
