Description
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of premises to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of observations and incidents.
- Collaborate with management to implement safety protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Train staff on safety procedures and monitoring practices.
- Report any security breaches or safety hazards immediately.
- Monitor transportation activities, ensure compliance with regulations, analyze data for efficiency, and communicate issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in logistics or transportation sectors.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management; and technical skills related to logistics.
- Working Conditions: Predominantly office-based with possible fieldwork; may require flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
