Logistics Coordination & Operations

  • Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival and complete documentation.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., delivery receipts, invoices, packing lists).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all logistics activities.
  • Prepare car rentals as needed for specific areas.

Inventory & Materials Management

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping schedules, and warehouse activities.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Request and track materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and other materials used in production and fieldwork.

Support for Digital Prosthetics Engineering (DPE) Team

  • Prepare devices, materials, and tools needed by Digital Prosthetics Engineers (DPE).
  • Read specifications to determine the correct type of prosthetic device.
  • Verify devices and materials needed for patrolling or clinic accommodations.
  • Double-check devices before packing and prepare them for delivery to other zones.
  • Identify and distinguish differences between prosthetic devices.
  • Coordinate with patient coordinators regarding schedules, materials, and equipment for field visits.
  • Support any urgent changes or issues related to DPE patrolling and production.

Administrative Support

  • Provide clerical assistance including filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist the Logistics/Procurement Manager in maintaining control boards and spreadsheets to monitor production progress.

Qualifications:

  • With at least vocational/2 year course related to the position
  • The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work 
  • Knowledge on resolving design and functional issues arising in the course of a project
  • Good verbal and written communicator in English 
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision 
  • Standard computer skills: Word, Excel, email, online communication tools (slack, etc.) 
  • Having a driver’s license is an advantage (motorcycle and car)
