- Perform regular quality checks on e-commerce platforms and processes, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of shipment details, such as dimensions, weights, and destination information, against orders and system data.
- Analyze quality reports, identify trends, and document any deviations from established quality standards or procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Technology, Customer Service) to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, such as shipping errors or data discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to prevent future quality problems.
- Track key quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- With experience in attending face-to-face client meetings
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel such as Pivot Table and Vlook-up.
