Description

Planning

  • Collaborate with the OMG Supervisor on continuous improvement initiatives related to the order management process.


Execution

  • Authenticate and validate all Purchase Orders (POs) from multiple sources (hardcopy, email, fax, SMS).
  • Perform critical coordination tasks related to:
  • Order fulfillment and PO details
  • Out-of-stock and critical stock status
  • Customer penalties for non-delivery or service level issues
  • Items not found due to undeclared stockouts
  • Promotions initiated by Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Accounts
  • Coordinate unusual sales volume or promotional activities with the OMG Supervisor.
  • Communicate special customer instructions to the encoding team.
  • Ensure professional, friendly, and clear communication with customers regarding sales order fulfillment.


Checking & Monitoring

  • Review all PO details to ensure the following information is complete and accurate before submission to encoders:
  • Customer name
  • PO validity and reference numbers
  • Delivery schedule and address
  • Correct pricing, including regular and promotional discounts
  • Stock availability
  • Protection orders
  • Aging accounts status
  • PO vs. SAP data consistency
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of the batch pick list to the Transport Group.


Acting & Adjusting

  • Resolve issues or concerns related to order fulfillment in alignment with current company policies and procedures.


Other Duties

  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain functions (FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
