Key customer segments include salad, sushi, and sandwich processors, as well as QSR chains. Avocados are processed through a patented production method with operations in South Africa and Mexico, and distributed to customers worldwide.
• The focus of this role is to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers globally.
• The role will initially report to, and receive training from, the Commercial Manager.

• Strong understanding of sea/air freight and customs documentation

Responsibilities

• Preparing and confirming quotes
• Converting quotes to orders in coordination with sales
• Reviewing and managing order fulfillment
• Booking sea/air freight as needed
• Completing and managing import/export documentation
• Verifying invoices
• Tracking deliveries and ensuring timely arrival
• Troubleshooting and resolving logistics issues
• Negotiating freight pricing and terms
