- Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouse.
- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
- Making all reports.
- Monthly submission of stocks inventory report every 10th day of the month.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of materials movement from stock to operation department.
- Participate in annual inventory taking of warehouse.
- Responsible for proper storage and handling of consumable materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure availability of items for contingency.
- Update inventory list.
- Responsible for physical inventory count.
- Responsible for encoding and monitoring of consumable materials.
- Dispose of unserviceable or damaged items.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay.
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- At least 1 year experience in logistic field.
- Willing to perform multitask.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can start ASAP.
