- Inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Create and implement maintenance schedules.
- Document maintenance activities and update records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment improvements.
- Train staff on proper machine handling and safety protocols.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in TESDA training and SMAW welding skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Working Conditions: May involve exposure to industrial environments and equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
