JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. They work on plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning.

1. At least Vocational or Technical Graduate

2. Must know how to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

3. Maintain and repair machines, mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment

4. Performed general maintenance of the facility and ground.

5. Perform daily check routine of preventive and maintenance task sheet.

6. Ensure and maintain efficient function of the industrial compressor.

7. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned.

8. Repair and relocate power outlet and light fixtures

9.Set up and install computer cables as needed: install and repair computer outlets.

10. Replace washers, faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment

11. Ensures that 7s is maintained in the area.

12. Perform other task assigned by immediate supervisor and management from time to time.

Qualification/Skills Requirements

1. Must possess reasonable skills  

2. Good communication skills/Team player

3. Able to work with minimal supervision

4. Willing to do overtime work
