• Setting up and operating edge banding machines, which apply materials like PVC, wood veneer, or laminate to the edges based on product specifications and desired aesthetics.
• Adjusting machine settings (e.g., conveyor speed, temperature) to match the material and product dimensions
• Inspecting finished products to ensure the edge banding is applied accurately, smoothly, and without defects
• Performing routine maintenance on the edge banding machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with the machine or materials during operation
• Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment
• Preparing materials for edge bander, such as cutting edge banding strips to the correct size

Job Requirements

• Vocational course, graduate, TESDA graduate, or at least high school graduate
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operating Biesse Homag, Beam saw, or Panel saw or similar machines
• Preferably residing in or near in Rizal Area
• Understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring precise applications of edge bander materials
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the edge banding process
• Ability and resolving issues that arise during the edge banding process
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
