A professional market-making team focused on providing liquidity solutions for global cryptocurrency exchanges, project teams, and institutions. Equipped with proprietary high-frequency trading systems and risk management models, we currently serve multiple exchanges with a daily trading volume exceeding $100 million. Our team members hail from top quantitative funds and blockchain technology companies, dedicated to fostering the healthy growth of digital asset markets.

Your Responsibilities:
Introduce potential clients (projects/exchanges with liquidity needs).
Arrange initial meetings (online/offline).
Help build trust (we provide full technical support and solutions).

Compensation Structure
Tiered Commission System (USDT Payments):
Base Tier: Earn 20%-30% of the client’s first-month service fee (e.g., 600−600−1,000 for a $3k/month project).
Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 5% of total service fees for clients generating over $100k annually.
Uncapped Earnings: Monthly settlements with no upper limit.

In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, familiarity with the needs of ecosystem players such as exchanges, project teams, and capital providers, and a keen business acumen to swiftly align with clients' liquidity management requirements. Experience in B2B business development is essential, with at least one of the following resources:
Operational/market connections within exchanges
Core team resources within Web3 project teams
Channels to institutional investors/family offices
