Description
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials at partner agencies
- Assist crew members with their loan applications
- Encode applicant details into the system
- Call and text previous borrowers to promote loan products
- Send loan vouchers to borrowers
- Update DAR (Daily Activity Report) for onboarded/offboarded borrowers
- Submit insurance documents for filing
- Send proof of refund to fully paid borrowers
- Coordinate with the Billing Department for accounts needing monitoring (e.g., delayed departure, unpaid balances)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in field marketing or customer service is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail
