General Job Description

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for coordinating and implementing administrative, creative, and operational responsibilities that contribute to the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, brand development, and overall promotional efforts, ensuring marketing strategies are executed efficiently. This position will report to the Marketing Manager but may potentially have indirect reporting to other Managers as the need requires.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities


Content creation

  • Developing marketing materials like social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, videos, press releases, and other promotional materials.

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing calendars, and maintaining databases.
  • Support the marketing team with managing budgets and expenses.
  • Assist with internal and external communications for marketing initiatives.

Campaign Support and Collaboration

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Working with sales, product development, and other cross functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines for campaigns to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting results.

Customer engagement:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships through communication and outreach.
  • Create and facilitate client satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to gather client feedback and assess service quality.

Market Research and Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Compile and analyze marketing performance data to help the team understand the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Tracking key marketing metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to identify insights and areas for improvement.
