Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Executive to lead and oversee various marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in project management, public relations, event coordination, and team oversight to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for in-store and online platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan and implement brand collaborations and partnerships with lifestyle brands, retailers, and other third-party collaborators.
• Lead promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to drive sales and enhance customer retention.
• Oversee in-store marketing efforts, including merchandising, product displays, and signage for optimized brand presentation.
• Strategize and manage social media engagement to increase audience interaction and brand reach.
• Organize and execute events, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives to maximize customer interaction and market awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 yrs Experience in marketing, branding, social media management, or retail marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Willing to work in Quezon City
