Responsibilities

Manage and develop the xnomad Discord community, collaborating with moderators and partner teams.

Establish smooth communication channels between users and projects.

Host X or Discord AMA sessions.

Respond to conversations in a precise and timely manner within broader AI meme or non-fungible token communities.

Monitor social media listening keywords and provide timely replies while escalating support requests and other inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Collaborate with other teams to conceive and execute promotional strategies involving social media accounts and community channels.

Host community events and knowledge sessions in the series, inviting influencers or KOLs.

Required Skills and Experience

Passion and solid experience in managing Web3 communities and purchasing non-fungible tokens

Qualified candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree

Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred

Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a small team environment

Proficiency in various data analysis tools and programming languages

Excellent time management and follow-up abilities

Consistently demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
