  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on e-commerce, retail, and FMCG sectors.
  • Brand Strategy & Stewardship: Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints—from packaging and in-store presence to digital assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences to inform product launches and brand strategy.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and market trends, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing objectives and maximize campaign performance.
  • New Product Launch: Own the product launch process from concept to commercialization, collaborating closely with Production and Sales to ensure flawless and timely market entry.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and data.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce,  F&B, or retail industry and FMCG
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SEO/SEM, brand marketing, product launch, and campaign performance monitoring
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proven experience in developing brand strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record in brand building, successful product launches, and managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with collaborative team dynamics
  • Able to work effectively on-site in Cavite or on a hybrid arrangement.
