Marketing Manager - is responsible for planning and executing strategies that promote the company’s products or services and support business growth.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
  2. Manage and strengthen brand identity and positioning
  3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
  4. Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities
  5. Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams
  6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  7. Manage marketing budgets and control costs
  8. Supervise and guide the marketing team and external agencies
  9. Ensure marketing activities align with company goals and targets


Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales, or related roles
  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is preferred`
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Budgeting and marketing cost control skills
  • Creativity with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media tools)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of branding, advertising, and promotional strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Willingness to travel or work flexible hours, if required
