We’re hiring a Virtual Airbnb Operations & Marketing Manager to handle day-to-day bookings, guest communications, and content marketing for our La Suitez units across Metro Manila will be expanding soon

Requirements

• Must own a laptop/desktop with strong and stable internet connection
• Has a quiet, dedicated workspace or room to work professionally
• Accountable, responsible, and flexible — can handle tasks independently without constant supervision
• Excellent English & Taglish communication skills
• Can coordinate with on-site staff and guests across different time zones (domestic and international)
• Experience in Airbnb or hotel operations plus basic skills in CapCut, Canva, and social-media posting
• who can start immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage all Airbnb/**** bookings and messages
• Maintain 80 % occupancy per unit (≈ 24 nights booked per month)
• Coordinate cleaners and turnovers, track schedules, and verify completion
• Create and post short videos/reels promoting our staycations
• Submit weekly occupancy and income reports

Compensation

₱18 000 – ₱25 000 / month + Performance Bonus
