The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the company’s products and services through both traditional and digital channels. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing social media platforms, executing advertising initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure maximum reach and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities, such as print ads, billboards, events, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and website content.
  • Create engaging marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) that strengthens brand awareness and drives engagement.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for advertising and promotional executions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Handle budget monitoring and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in organizing events, print ads, and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, or basic graphic editing tools (advantage if knowledgeable in Adobe Suite).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
