Our team is looking for a Marketing Associate to help strengthen our brand, connect with customers, and boost sales in the dynamic F&B industry. This role focuses on marketing strategy and executions, with the added advantage of sales skills to help drive customer engagement and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer traffic, and revenue.
• Plan promotions, seasonal offers, and customer engagement activities that encourage repeat visits.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and organizations to expand our reach.
• Monitor performance of campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support our online presence (social media, ads, and customer reviews) as part of the overall marketing plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field/roles (F&B experience is an advantage). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, campaign planning, and customer engagement activities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative mindset with strong focus on results and growth.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred (but not required):

1. Experience in sales support such as upselling, partnerships, or customer relationship management.
2. Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO, or email marketing platforms.

Work Arrangement:

It is a hybrid work arrangement, but need to be work in-person with the Head of Marketing & Sales
