I. Basic Information

- Position: Web3 Marketing Rotation Intern (Business / Operations / Growth / Community)

II. Core Responsibilities (4 Rotational Tracks, 2–3 Weeks of Hands-On Practice per Track)

1. Business: Assist with outreach to Web3 KOLs, communities, and media; draft partnership proposals; maintain resource archives; compile collaboration data; participate in post-campaign reviews.

2. Operations: Produce bilingual (Chinese/English) content (e.g., liquidation heatmap analysis); maintain data dashboards; create product usage guides.

3. Growth: Support execution of heatmap prediction contests and NFT events; conduct channel A/B testing; design tiered incentives for private communities.

4. Community: Monitor Telegram and Discord channels; answer inquiries; disseminate core information; identify highly active users.

III. Requirements

- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies; familiar with metrics such as liquidation and funding rates; experience with CoinAnk or Glassnode is a plus.

- Fluent English reading and writing (able to draft content for X/Discord); proficient in using X, Telegram, and Discord.

- Proactive task management; strong data sensitivity; adaptable to a fast-paced Web3 environment; bachelor’s degree or above; availability ≥4 days/week for at least 3 consecutive months.
