Portalpreneur is a digital agency focused on innovation, branding, and technology-based business development. We are seeking energetic, communicative, and target-oriented individuals to join as Sales & Marketing Executives.

This role is crucial for expanding the client network, developing creative marketing strategies, and ensuring that every digital agency project meets its sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients (both B2B and individual).
• Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to increase sales of Portalpreneur’s services.
• Deliver presentations, conduct negotiations, and follow up until project agreements are finalized.
• Prepare weekly reports on prospects, sales performance, and marketing strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in Sales/Marketing (minimum 1 year) preferred.
• Accustomed to working with targets and knowledgeable about digital marketing trends.
• Must achieve KPIs within the first month.
