REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management

- With atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in the related field

- Must be well organized and keen to details

- With good oral and written communication skills

- Willing to be assigned in V. Luna, Quezon City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensures to provide all necessary clerical support to the sales department

- Coordinates with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Ensures the adequacy of sales- related equipment or material

- Ensures that the Company's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to it's products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

- Reports monthly sales results to the sales team in coordination with the accounting department

- Reports monthly inventory update to the sales team in coordination with the warehouse department

- Processes quotations in coordination with sales department and final approval of the NSM

- Utilizes company resources to develop a filling system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form

- Updates the monitoring sheet for expenses incurred by the sales team

- Thoroughly checks the expense reports before submitting to the National Sales Manager
