Description
- Provide therapeutic massage services to clients, assessing their needs and designing personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized massage therapy room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and functional.
- Educate clients on aftercare techniques and wellness practices to enhance their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support employee wellness initiatives and stress management programs.
Requirements
- Job Title: Massage Therapist
- 35 yrs old above
- Educational Qualifications: TESDA Certificate is a must. At least 2 years valid.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in massage therapy preferred. Experience in abroad (Saudi Arabia) is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide various massage techniques, assess client needs, maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, often requires standing for long periods in a spa or clinical environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to build rapport with clients.
