• Native or near-native English proficiency with standard pronunciation and fluent expression • Proficient in the Singapore Math curriculum and the Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) teaching approach; adept at using bar modeling to solve word problems • Capable of designing engaging online courses for students aged 7–14, covering number sense, operations, geometry, and application problems • Expert in visual teaching techniques to guide students toward a deep understanding of mathematical concepts • Sufficient availability for long-term online English education • Strong time management skills; calm and patient demeanor • Standard, accent-free English pronunciation • Design instructional content in accordance with the Singapore Mathematics Curriculum Framework, including the CPA approach • Develop personalized tutoring plans based on students’ learning progress to enhance problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities • Regularly grade assignments, provide feedback on progress, and maintain effective communication with students and parents
