Description

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, devices, and machinery.
  • Analyze project requirements and create technical plans, blueprints, and models.
  • Conduct research to identify solutions for engineering challenges and improve system performance.
  • Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Perform simulations, calculations, and stress tests to evaluate mechanical performance.
  • Maintain and improve existing mechanical systems for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, development, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
