Job Description
Description
- Assist the MEPFS Project Manager with supervising the execution and construction and ensure that the project implementation is align with the approved plans, designs and local laws and regulations.
- Prepare the overall project progress schedule
- Supervise and manage the construction site and resolve major quality and safety issues in a timely manner with relevant departments
- Issue construction task sheet and construction technical briefings to the teams under professional jurisdiction.
- Supervise the arrival of construction materials and equipment on time in a qualified state to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Participate in project completion inspection and coordinate the work between various sub projects.
- Responsible for compiling construction logs, records and other related construction materials.
Requirements
- Candidate should be a Bachelor/s Degree of Mechanical Engineer or other related studies.
- Familiar with the Philippine Mechanical Engineering Code, NFPA, National Building Code
- Knowledgeable with project site reports and documents.
