As an SMT Line Operator, you will be responsible for programming and optimizing equipment for production runs to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

• Perform visual verification and process setup validation to confirm correct placement, alignment, and solder paste application prior to production.
• Monitor line performance and troubleshoot quality or equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
• Ensure proper material loading, feeder setup, and stencil alignment to prevent errors and defects.
• Operate our SMT line, including setup, programming, troubleshooting, and daily production support to meet production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school Graduate/SHS Graduate/Vocational or Technical Course/College Graduate
• Preferably with experience operating SMT equipment is advantage.
• Willing to render overtime or shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in M.A Technology Inc. located at Epza, Rosario, Cavite
