About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Programmatic Campaign Manager to manage the setup, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns run efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Launch

  • Configure advertising campaigns via the platform UI.
  • Manage creative trafficking.
  • Integrate with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) — including click link setup and conversion testing on iOS and Android devices.
  • Schedule campaign launch and end dates.
  • Build audience lists from provided CSV files.

Campaign Management (In-Flight)

  • Add, remove, or pause creatives as requested by clients.
  • Pause, resume, or modify campaigns according to client requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Generate custom performance reports.
  • Adjust reporting metrics based on requests.
  • Prepare charts, tables, and data visualizations for MBR/QBR presentations.

Creative Review

  • Review and troubleshoot system-rejected creatives.
  • Assess product catalog images for compliance and quality.

Client Support

  • Respond to product or feature-related inquiries via Zendesk or other support channels.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programmatic or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360, StackAdapt, and The Trade Desk.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising terminology (e.g., impression, click, CPM, CPI, ROAS).
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystems (DSPs, MMPs, Ad Exchanges).
  • Proficiency with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience querying databases using BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with advanced performance marketing concepts (e.g., Cohort Analysis, LTV, Ad Fraud).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
