Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Analyze test results and report findings to physicians
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
• Prepare reagents and specimens for testing
• Maintain accurate records of test results and quality control data
• Participate in proficiency testing and laboratory audits
• Troubleshoot equipment and testing issues
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff
