What You'll Do:

As a MedTech with a Marketing Twist, you’ll split your time between lab responsibilities and marketing support duties.

Medical Technologist Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and other disciplines
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and maintenance procedures
• Handle specimen processing, documentation, and reporting based on lab protocols
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Marketing Support Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic’s diagnostic services
• Assist in creating educational content for social media, brochures, and health campaigns
• Support patient engagement initiatives like wellness fairs or medical outreach activities
• Represent the clinic in external events and help build partnerships with local organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
• Must be a licensed Medical Technologist (RMT)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in health marketing, community outreach, or brand promotion is a plus
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to both clinical and non-clinical tasks
