Medical Representative – Cardiological Products


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Representative to promote our

high-quality cardiological products to medical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible

for building strong relationships with cardiologists, physicians, and healthcare providers, driving

sales, and expanding our market presence. If you have a passion for medical sales, cardiology,

Key Responsibilities

● Sales & Product Promotion

○ Effectively promote and sell our cardiology and medical products to cardiologists,

general practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.


○ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate

clients on the benefits, indications, and proper usage of our cardiology products.


○ Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase brand

visibility.


● Client Relationship Management

○ Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare

professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders.


○ Provide continuous support to medical clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

and trust in our cardiology product portfolio.


○ Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering scientifically backed

solutions and guidance on cardiology treatments.


● Sales Target Achievement

○ Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by

implementing effective sales strategies.


○ Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize outreach and revenue

growth within the cardiology sector.


○ Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat sales and customer loyalty.


● Market Research & Strategy

○ Stay updated on cardiology market trends, competitor products, and industry

advancements to refine sales strategies.

○ Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product positioning and

identify new market opportunities in cardiovascular health.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns

tailored to cardiology specialists and healthcare professionals.

○ Reporting & Analysis

○ Prepare detailed sales reports, tracking progress against targets and providing

insights into cardiologists' preferences and prescribing habits.


○ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to

support strategic decision-making.


○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in

CRM systems.


Key Requirements

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology,

or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales,

preferably in cardiology, cardiovascular health, or pharmaceutical products targeting

heart disease management.

● Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence

cardiologists and healthcare professionals.

● Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

to effectively convey the benefits of cardiology treatments and products.

● Self-Motivation & Drive: Highly goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a

passion for cardiovascular healthcare sales.

● Market Knowledge: Understanding of cardiology product promotion, treatment

guidelines, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office for sales tracking and

reporting.

● Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned

territory to meet with cardiologists and healthcare providers.
