About the Role

The Membership Officer will serve as the primary liaison between FILSCAP and its members, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective communication, and responsive service. This position is key in strengthening relationships with members and supporting FILSCAP’s mission.



Key Duties & Responsibilities


Membership Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Promote FILSCAP membership and recruit qualified applicants
  • Facilitate end-to-end membership applications
  • Conduct orientations for new members

Documentation & Records Management

  • Process and maintain accurate membership records
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies
  • Update and secure the membership database

Member Relations & Support

  • Address member queries and concerns professionally
  • Build strong relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction

Project & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing membership-related events
  • Support promotional campaigns and engagement initiatives

Communications & Correspondence

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries across channels
  • Draft and release updates, reminders, and announcements

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with internal teams to improve membership processes
  • Gather feedback for service enhancement
