Description
- Support the merchandising team in developing product assortments.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking sales data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards in stores.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required, but a background in retail or business is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, strong teamwork abilities, knowledgeable in sales training, and effective sales management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory control, support sales initiatives, collaborate with team members, and participate in training activities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require weekend and holiday shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
