Description
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product selection.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for product placement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management, strategic planning, and wholesale operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require lifting and organization of stock.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and a team player.
