Job Purpose & Focus

Build and maintain a high-performance, secure, and user-friendly mobile app experience for our users (iOS/Android).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, release, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Implement cross-platform UI/UX designs and ensure compatibility and performance optimization across devices
• Participate in product requirement analysis, propose technical solutions, and drive end-to-end implementation
• Continuously improve app performance and stability (e.g., memory management, rendering efficiency, responsiveness)
• Collaborate with backend teams on API integration and data interaction logic
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; participate in code reviews and produce technical documentation
• Stay up to date with Flutter/Dart ecosystem trends and evaluate new technologies for business use cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 5 years of mobile development experience, including 1+ year hands-on Flutter experience and strong understanding of Dart
• Familiar with frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with React or other frontend frameworks is a plus
• Understanding of cross-platform development principles and hybrid approaches combining Flutter with native iOS/Android
• Experience with common Flutter state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod)
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, network communication, and local storage (e.g., SQLite, Hive)
• Proficient with Git and familiar with CI/CD workflows
