- Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine and emergency repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with building systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled checks, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities and machinery.
- Installation: Assist with or perform minor installations, fit-outs, and equipment setup.
- System Monitoring: Keep track of equipment performance, ensuring they operate within optimal parameters.
- Reporting: Document completed work, defects, and maintenance needs, and report to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Handyperson Duties: Handle general repairs like painting, carpentry, lock changes, and furniture assembly as needed.
