Job Requirements

• High School/Vocational Graduate
• With 2 Valid NCII related in Electrical, Plumbing, Welding Aircon, and Carpentry
• With experience as Electrician, Welder, Aircon Technician, Plumber and Carpenter
• Can start asap.

Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Skilled technician must have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of their trade including reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, using specialized tools and equipment, troubleshooting and problem solving, following safety procedures and regulation.
• Perform routine inspections of building / facility systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.) to identify defects or needed repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks according to schedule for equipment such as generators, lifts/elevators, pumps, motors, air conditioning units, blowers, exhaust fans, etc.
• Respond to service / repair work orders from tenants, staff, or management; troubleshoot issues and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Assist in start-ups, commissioning, or modification of building systems or equipment as needed (e.g. AC systems, pumps, electrical controls).
• Maintain equipment performance by monitoring operational readings (temperatures, voltages, water levels, etc.), log data, and report abnormalities.
• Perform minor civil/electro-mechanical tasks: carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, masonry, electrical wiring / fixtures, installation of equipment etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, building codes, facility regulations, and company standards in all tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, or external service providers for specialized repairs or projects beyond scope
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, spare parts used, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in emergency requests and repairs as necessary (after-hours or urgent breakdowns) to minimize disruption.
